SHIPPING.

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

We are currently only taking pre-orders for clothing items. When your order our clothes, please be patient. We do not ship the next day because we only produce by order to reduce waste. Therefore order. As such, fulfillment times may be up to 4 weeks or sooner (depending on processing times with our factory).

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Austria and Europe excluding UK). 

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order weight.

We currently use the Austria Postal Service to deliver packages domestically, within Europe and internationally.

Rates are calculated via the current parcel rates which can be found here. 

Packages are sent with priority and tracking.

Orders within continental Europe over € 87 are free of charge. Returns are to be paid by the customer.

Deliveries to foreign countries.

To the remaining global countries including UK we charge shipping costs on the basis of the order weight.

International orders over € 174 are free of charge. Returns are to be paid by the customer.

Customs and additional costs are to be paid by the customer.

Delivery periods.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery (Austria) of goods shall be made within 1-2 working days, for deliveries to EU-Counties,  the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Monaco within 1-2 working days, for deliveries to other Countries within 1-8 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays, as well as country-specific, also on other days (e.g. Saturday) no delivery takes place.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
